I'm back.

Still alive.

Still breathing.

It's amazing how much can happen in so little time. Or what seems to be so little time.

I now know what it feels like to to pull a cocked corporate gun to my forehead, grinning like a madman, knowing and trusting I'll come out of it laughing.

And God, what a rush.

I encode this short note now from my very own station. From this Navy-burgundy-padded quarter, I call on Frenchmen and Italians and possibly some Germans and have a nice 30-minute chat with them on the subtleties, beauties, and technicalities of the English language.

Can't wait to make my station feel like home.

Life continues to be good to me. I have you all to thank for.
